Erect, much-branched shrub, (0.2-)0.5-3 m high. Fl. white-cream-yellow, Jan to Jul or Nov to Dec. White/grey or red sand, loam. Coastal limestone & sand dunes, rocky hillsides. Distribution: Eremaean and South-west. CAR, COO, HAM and MUR. AW, ESP, GS, JF, SWA and WAR.
