Affixed aquatic perennial, herb, leaves narrow-linear; peduncle erect; calyx lobes 2; corolla upper lip obovate, violet. Fl. purple-violet, Mar or Nov to Dec. Mud, shallow sand over sandstone or in shallow water. Swamps. Distribution: Northern and South-west. NK. ESP and SWA.
