Herb or shrub, to 3 m high. Fl. yellow-white, May to Jul. Irrigated black sand, disturbed pindan. Cultivated areas, along roadside drains, possibly naturalised. Distribution: Northern and Eremaean. CK, DL, NK and VB. PIL and TAN.
