Rhizomatous, perennial, grass-like or herb, 0.05-0.4 m high. Fl. yellow, Jul to Nov. Sand, sandy loam, limestone. Coastal dunes, sand dunes. Distribution: Eremaean and South-west. CAR. AW, GS, JF, SWA and WAR.
